FOOD: your journey with taste
To enjoy the life from food I want to give space to the smells and tastes just fine harmonize on our palates to take you where you’ll be the protagonists of these two marvelous senses, taste and smell. Smell of land and sea from where are born unique and special goods, where the creation and discovery of the transformation will be the protagonists.
It can happened gathering the fruits of our beautiful hearth, sniffing them and turning them however you like.
Let us not fall into the trap of those who now do it for fashion or trend, but only for the taste of feel good and to enrich our memory and make sure that smells of us.

The food that feeds, but we can made the raw materials into anything, just like you can do.
I’ll take you to taste the products of our land by walking in the middle of the land itself, stepping on and feeling the real contact, from tomatoes to strawberries, from grapes to bread, from pasta to meat and then dive into the sea, very rich and colorful species, bring on our land and on our palates, savoring the scent of the sea.

Unique dishes and loads of flavor.
Did it ever occur to you to want to be part of the place you visit so as to feel the desire to prepare and taste the dishes of the village in the company of those who have seen the birth of the village, grow and adapted to the different steps of life? Amazing…such as ricotta, protagonist of our typical sweet, cassata, you can prepare with your hands before reaching the raw materials needed, or cook together with expert hands the fish you caught or even work the ingredients and prepare the Sicilian bread so searching all over the world.
I will give you a special recipe , differently of any program about food, that is about how you can live with these and other times, only if you let yourself go to the emotions and senses, taste and specially the touch:
